Stehle Hetman, Esq. After graduating from LeMoyne College in 1999 and Albany Law School in 2003, I was admitted to practice law in New York State. I have since been engaged in the private practice of law as an Associate Attorney with Lynch & Lynch, Esqs. and, effective January 1, 2006, as a partner of Lynch, Farrell & Hetman, PLLC. In the course of my work, I have been engaged in the day to day operations of the firm. My work has concentrated on real estate transactions (residential and commercial), Family law, matrimonial law, estate proceedings, criminal law and zoning matters. I have also served as second chair in a number of jury trials, along with Lead Counsel, Peter A. Lynch, and, in such capacity, have engaged in the pre-trial preparation work, ranging from the writing of pleadings, to witness preparation, compilation of Exhibits, and formation of trial strategy. I am a member of the New York State and Albany County Bar Associations. |
